At CXWARE, you are a self-employed 1099 Independent Contractor, not an employee. You’ll submit invoices and receive payments based on completed services. Most programs offer payment for time spent on calls, and many also include performance-based incentives.

Application and Certification Process
Join the CXWARE Network as an Independent Contractor
Becoming an Independent Contractor with CXWARE is a straightforward process designed to set you up for success. Here’s what to expect:
Step 1: Complete Your Application
Submit your application to join the CXWARE team. As part of the process, you’ll need to successfully pass a background and identity verification check.
💳 Note: A non-refundable processing fee of $25 is required for the background check, paid directly to our third-party vendor.
Step 2: Sign Your Agreements
Sign the Independent Contractor Agreement
Submit a completed IRS W-9 Form
You’ll be operating as a 1099 contractor, which gives you full control over your work schedule and earnings.
Step 3: Program Certification (When Applicable)
Some programs may have specific training and certification requirements to ensure quality service. These certifications must be completed before providing services.
We have new client programs launching every week, so you’ll have multiple opportunities to get started quickly!
Program Metrics & Service Standards
To maintain access to ongoing opportunities, you may be required to meet certain performance and availability metrics as determined by the client program.
Flexible Scheduling
You’re in charge of your time. Independent Contractors self-schedule in 30-minute blocks and can choose when and how often to provide services.
⏰ Call Availability: While availability may vary by client, most offer hours between 8 AM – 8 PM EST, and some even provide 24/7 service windows.
Technology Requirements
For a smooth experience, you’ll need to meet certain technical standards. Note that some clients may also require additional security tools and equipment.
