3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity under your account.

4. Independent Contractor Status

CXWARE agents are independent contractors, not employees. Engaging with CXWARE does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or franchise. Agents are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with independent contractor obligations.

5. Training & Onboarding

While CXWARE offers training resources and tools, completion of training does not guarantee contract placement or ongoing work. Assignments are subject to availability, performance, and client requirements.

6. Compensation & Payments

Payments to agents are based on service agreements and may vary by client program. Compensation details, schedules, and any deductions will be clearly communicated upon assignment. All payments are made to contractors who meet contractual obligations and service standards.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms or any contractual agreement. You may also terminate your relationship with CXWARE by providing written notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, designs, and materials on the CXWARE platform are the property of CXWARE or its licensors. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

CXWARE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount paid, if any, for the services in question.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Miami, Florida.
