Residency Requirements

Applicants must be residents any country in Latin America or must reside in one of the following states in the USA : AK, AL, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WV, WY.

✓ Be 18 years or older

✓ Have completed a high school diploma or equivalent

✓ Be a resident of, and authorized to work in, the United States 

  • Operating System: Windows 10 (Windows 11 may be supported by select clients).
    ⚠️ Apple/Mac and Chromebooks are not compatible.

  • Processor: 3.0 GHz Intel Pentium P4 or better

  • Memory (RAM): 4 GB or more

  • Monitor: At least 1024 x 768 resolution
    🔄 Dual monitors are strongly encouraged and may be required.

  • USB headset with microphone are required.   
  • Enable automatic Windows Updates

  • Use Windows Firewall

  • Install anti-virus software and enable automatic updates

  • Install adware/anti-malware protection software

How and when will I get paid?
Payments are made directly by the client hiring you. Each opportunity clearly mentions the payment method and schedule.
Schedules vary. Some roles are fixed, others are flexible—you choose what fits your lifestyle.
All roles are independent contractor positions. You’re in control of your own time and tax obligations.

You’ll use the client’s system to manage hours and performance metrics, which they will guide you through during onboarding.
